     "Dalam kehidupan sehari-sehari... manusia dan sampah tidak dapat  dipisahkan. manusialah yang menyebabkan adanya sampah... dengan berbagai kepentingannya, mulai dari urusan rumah tangga, kantor, pasar, maupun industri. Ironisnya, kebanyakan kita tidak mengakui bahkan tidak peduli terhadap apa yang telah kita sumbangkan pada lingkungan sekitar.

     Akhirnya, sampah tersebut benar-benar menjadi "sampah", termasuk tempat sampah yang menjadi "sampah", memang TPA lebih cocok sebagai "Tempat Pembuangan Akhir" daripada diinterpretasikan sebagai ... "Tempat Pengolahan Akhir" sampah.
